Guangdong Yinji Steel Structure Co., Ltd., located at No. 19 Dongshao Avenue, Qujiang District, Shaoguan City (South China Equipment Park), was established in January 2019 with a registered capital of 60 million RMB. The factory covers an area of over 70,000 square meters, including over 36,000 square meters of standard production workshops and 13,000 square meters of dormitory and office buildings. The factory enjoys a superior geographical location and convenient transportation, situated at a transportation hub connecting the Pearl River Delta, Hunan, and Jiangxi via expressway (90 minutes) and high-speed rail (50 minutes). It is adjacent to the Nanshao and Beijing-Zhuhai expressways and only 8 kilometers from the Beijiang River system's new port terminal, allowing direct water transport to the Pearl River Estuary for ocean shipping. The company has the capacity to load and unload steel structure products from 2,000-ton vessels, enabling rapid and convenient receipt of raw materials and shipment of finished steel structures. Currently, the company has over 300 employees, including 122 intermediate and senior technical personnel, and can produce over 60,000 tons of various steel structure components annually. It is a professional and standardized prefabricated steel structure production base integrating steel structure detailed design, prefabrication, precision assembly, factory commissioning, and technical services. Due to development needs, the company relocated its processing plant from Dongguan to the Shaoguan South China Equipment Park in 2019. Having cultivated the steel structure engineering field for many years, the company focuses on the customized production and technical support services of various industrial, facility, and civil steel structure components. It possesses mature large-scale production capabilities, a comprehensive quality control system, and a professional technical service team, capable of fully meeting the manufacturing needs of various projects including building construction, steel bridges, municipal infrastructure, truss structures, non-standard steel structures, and facility steel structures.

The factory enjoys a superior geographical location and convenient transportation. Situated at a transportation hub connecting the Pearl River Delta, Hunan, and Jiangxi via expressway (90 minutes) and high-speed rail (50 minutes), it is adjacent to the Nanning-Shaoguan and Beijing-Zhuhai expressways. The waterway transport capability allows for the loading and unloading of steel structure products from 2,000-ton vessels, facilitating the rapid and convenient receipt of raw materials and shipment of finished steel structures. Located only 3 kilometers from the Shaoguan Steel Plant, it greatly ensures efficient operation of raw material procurement, component production and transportation, and finished product delivery. The factory's overall layout is scientifically and rationally planned, divided into standardized production and processing areas, pre-assembly and debugging areas, precision machining areas, raw material and finished product storage areas, and office and supporting facilities areas. The functional zoning is clear, and the production process is standardized, completely realizing a closed-loop operation integrating production, debugging, acceptance, and delivery. This effectively avoids cross-process interference and significantly improves production accuracy and delivery efficiency.

The factory boasts comprehensive hardware facilities, equipped with a full set of modern intelligent steel structure production equipment, including laser cutting machines, fully automatic assembly machines, submerged arc welding machines, gantry machining centers, lathes, milling machines, bending machines, 70-type plate rolling machines, automatic shot blasting and rust removal equipment, anti-corrosion coating production lines, precision dimensional testing instruments, and pre-assembly and debugging tooling. It can independently complete the refined prefabrication of various components such as steel beams, steel columns, trusses, supporting components, equipment steel frames, and non-standard irregular steel structures. It also possesses professional capabilities for component pre-assembly, dimensional verification, precision debugging, and deviation rectification, enabling it to proactively identify component splicing errors and installation hazards, ensuring that the precision of the components leaving the factory meets standards, and laying a solid foundation for efficient on-site installation and high-quality project completion. Our technical team boasts a strong foundation, comprising a group of senior steel structure engineers, process technicians, and professional technicians with extensive experience in drawing refinement, process optimization, prefabrication guidance, on-site commissioning, and problem rectification. The factory strictly adheres to national steel structure construction specifications and industry standards, providing comprehensive technical services from drawing review, process briefing, prefabrication process technical control, component precision debugging, finished product re-inspection to commissioning report preparation. We precisely solve various technical challenges in steel structure prefabrication production, assembly, and commissioning, adapting to various high-standard and high-requirement engineering projects.

Our quality control system runs throughout the entire production process, establishing a five-level quality inspection mechanism: raw material arrival inspection, process sampling inspection, comprehensive finished product re-inspection, pre-assembly and commissioning acceptance, and final factory inspection. From the selection of raw materials such as steel, welding materials, and anti-corrosion materials, to each process—cutting, assembly, welding, straightening, painting, and assembly commissioning—standardized management is implemented. We strictly control core indicators such as component dimensional deviations, weld quality, appearance accuracy, and anti-corrosion processes, ensuring that all steel structure components leaving the factory are of qualified quality and accurate parameters, meeting engineering design and final acceptance standards.
